What you can expect

We are in Barceloneta area, ten minutes walking from the beach, our amazing place is situated in front of the old port, with an amazing view and with a charm terrace full of plants.

Once you arrived, you will be received with a glass of Champagne.
Then We introduce ourselves. Immediately after this, the master class starts.
Alfonso, the chef has studied on the cooking higher school of Barcelona, and also has been worked in different restaurants in the city, he will reveal many secrets about this very famous dish, he will show you the different ingredients that do will be used and explain how to cook them, also at the time to cook you will see how to do step by step.
The food has been chosen for its quality and freshness.

The dishes will be served on the terrace, surrounded by plants and enjoying the sunset.
Alfonso, the chef has studied on the cooking higher school of Barcelona, and also has been worked in different restaurants in the city, he will reveal many secrets about this very famous dish.

At the end of the experience all the participants will received an email with all the recipes.

Our experience with Alfonso was the experience of a lifetime. His care and love for cooking and how he graciously hosted us is something we’ll never forget. I also learned many cooking techniques. The location is one of a kind.

Alfonso was an amazing host and made us feel right at home. He went step by step through the process of making paella while sharing tips and tricks that made the experience outstanding. The food and drinks mixed with wonderful conversation on a beautiful rooftop patio made for on of the best experiences we had in Barcelona! All of this and sunset on the Mediterranean! Don’t miss this experience!

We had a great time cooking a Spanish dinner with chef Alfonso. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided lots of tips and tricks. Both he and Txema were excellent hosts. Definitely recommend this experience.

Lovely warm welcome, greeted with Cava and a view of the city from their rooftop terrace. The paella cooking lesson was well presented and easy to follow. Great experience!

The cook Alfonso explained the preparation of gazpacho, sangria, crema catalana and paella very well and in detail. We spent a really nice evening on his terrace with a view of the port of Barcelona.

This was an amazing experience! The best paella my friend and I have had, beautiful rooftop view of Barceloneta, great gazpacho and sangria as well. Both of the hosts were amazing and so fun to talk to and had great recommendations of what to do while in Barcelona. I can’t recommend this more it was a great time!

A wonderfull experience that I highly recommend to anyone willing to discover a real paella in the heart of Barcelona. The view is stunning and the guide are nice and entertaining. Try it if you can, you wont be disappointed. Thank you very much, it was a pleasure.

Interesting experience of cooking Spanish traditional cuisine; exciting view from the roof and very tasty result. Some ingredients were prepared before the start time, however, we received receipts by email.

An absolutely incredible experience. This is a truly authentic experience, in a real Spanish household. We learnt to cook paella with Alfonzo in his private home, it was very intimate and would be great for small groups. The food was incredible, which we enjoyed on their rooftop terrace overlook an amazing sunset. Would recommend to all.
