Following her secret recipe, you will start from the dough and then have fun rolling it out and seasoning everything with local ingredien, with an authentic and genuine flavour. Dine all together, enjoying local fresh vegetables and cheeses, the typical orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce and basil, macaroni with mussels.
