Christmas Getaway
This was our second time staying at the house. My husband and I stayed in the spring and knew we wanted to go back with our grown kids. It was great. The location is perfect. The dogs love the beach and the ability to run for miles. The house comes equipped with everything you need to cook. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. Everyone had their own space and it was big enough to play games and work on a puzzle together. I like being so close to Seabrook but have a bit more space.

Really enjoyed our stay booked it so everyone would have their own room. Great proximity to the beach very well stocked. Kudos to the owners for all the little touches that made it extra special for my moms 75th Birthday. Less populated than other towns on the coast... Great way to re connect with family....

My Favorite Place
This is my 3rd stay at this property and hopefully not my last. It has everything anyone could need and you can't beat the location! The only way it could be better is if they let me move in ❤️. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We have been getting together for a sister's trip for 27 years. We rent houses in different locations every year. This house and location were the best we have had. Had easy access to the beach. Plenty of room all of us. We had a great stay!

Perfect weekend
Perfect location! Not like the overcrowded location of seabrook. Extremely quiet, has all the amenities, and a straight walk to the pathway to the beach. Close to everything without the crowd. I would definitely love to stay there again.

This hme ois somewhat secluded with a path directly ro the beach. It was very clean and well appointed, Our family had a great time making it our own for our stay, The firepit worked very well and lots of outdoor seating. This was our 4th year. This home is perfect for a large group. Plenty of beds and so nice having 4 bathrooms! Well stocked and so close to the beach! Contact with the owner is so easy which we really appreciate!

We had a great time in this house! Very comfortable house and fantastic location. We hope to come back soon! As a note to travelers with dogs--dogs are not allowed on the 2nd floor (they provide a baby gate).

Amazing Stay at a Fantastic House
We LOVED our stay! We just rented for the weekend with the intention of taking home our limit of razor clams. The weather was very rainy and windy and there were no clams to be found but it didn’t matter! Every person in our group found something special… the teen boys could walk into the small town and socialize, the hearty adults fished and clammed right at the beach, there was great antique shopping and a cute little pub. The grandparents were thrilled to be able to watch all the action through the beautiful windows from the comfort of the house. The hosts have perfectly stocked the house with special toiletries, bathrobes and an amazing spice rack! There was a lot of attention to detail. All that you could need without feeling cluttered. We all hope to stay at this wonderful home again in the near future.

Hands down the best rental!
We had such a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to how thoughtful every little touch was. From the handmade local soaps to the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and sheets. I can't say enough how lovely this place was, and how friendly and communicative the hosts were. We'd love the chance to stay again!

The Only Place I Would Want to Stay
I don't think I could adequately describe how perfect this home was. Going forward all properties we stay at will be compared to this place. It was the most well equipped vacation rental any of us had ever stayed at bar-none. From games, to kites, to kitchen equipment, and even dog toys, this place had it all! If you're a beach lover you couldnt ask for a better location; the ocean was maybe 2 minutes away by foot! You can see the beach from every window in the house and the furniture was relaxing and comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased. Very highly recommend!

Wonderful!
We are a group of cousins. We have stayed here two years in a row. We love the open feel of the main level where we can all gather. Everything is super clean and neat! The host is great with communication. All we needed was provided and all the extra toiletries and pillow mints are a nice touch! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Family Retreat
We love this property! With a family of 3 generations it's perfect for all ages! One main room on ground floor for seniors and 3 rooms upstairs for the younger guest. 3 1/2 bathrooms is so amazing with the whole family. Perfect distance to walk to the beach and return with littles for bathroom breaks! Outside has enough room to play games, little bon fire or just sit on the relaxing porch chairs. The owners have stocked this home so well and have thought of everything from toys, toiletries, kitchen supplies, outdoor toys, pet supplies and so much more! Our family loves this place and the grandkids are already counting down the days for next years trip!

Good friends getaway!
Our visit started out with a great surprise, being notified that we could occupy early! There were 5 of us ( girl friends from high school) celebrating our 70th birthdays. The house was the perfect size, conveniently located, super clean and beautifully appointed. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some time at the beach in a quaint little town!

Superb Seashore Setting
Clean, well equipped, private location, 5 minute walk to beach, spacious outdoor and indoors, with special touches not found in all beach rentals - TV in every room, lots of toiletries, fire pit with seating, roasting sticks, chairs to take to the beach, a lot of games for all ages, DVDs, easy check out instructions, bathrooms for all, etc. I hope I didn't forget something. We really enjoyed our stay!
