appartement spacieux complexe Colina Blanca avec grande terrasse privée près de la piscine commune. Il ya vue sur la mer glorieux qui vous permettent de regarder le coucher de soleil sur la Gomera. L'appartement est au premier étage et permet un accès facile. Il existe d'excellents installations sur le site avec un aliment récemment rénové piscine, un bar de la piscine sert. Le complexe est très calme avec piscine pour enfants et un accès privé. L'appartement est à 10-15 minutes de marche de Puerto port de Colon et de la plage avec de nombreux bars, restaurants, magasins et banques le long du chemin.

The property is up quite a steep hill but it was easy to walk down to San Eugenio and a taxi back up was only about 5 euros. A beautiful complex. Mainly residential so not a lot of noise. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The host, Mike was very helpful although I never actually got to meet him. There is a folder in the apartment giving lots of valuable informatio. I really found this very helpful Overall,we had a great 2weeks and would come back gladly.

Gut ausgestattet, schöne ruhige Lage, mit Sonnenuntergangsblick. Mobiliar etwas veraltet, aber alles war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Kleiner Negativpunkt: Betten viel zu weich und das Gestell knackte. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Needs a good clean and update
We were very disappointed!! We did expect better. I debated whether I should post this review and I think it is only fair that I should. I have also provided details of this review to the owner before posting it. The whole apartment is in dire need of a deep clean. The bedroom and the bathroom are in need of updating. The furniture is old and the ceiling in the bedroom has brown stains all over it. The six pillows were disgusting as they were all stained with sweat marks. Two had vomit on and one had blood on. The curtains in the bedroom and lounge were dirty. The throws on the sofa were also dirty and smelly so we had no option other than to wash them. The vent above the shower was filthy and there are stains in the cupboard which are very off-putting. The stand-alone fan was covered in rust and also filthy, there was no way we could've used it. There was a distinct lack of cleaning products, which we would've expected to be there although we would've also replaced them before leaving. There were plusses, the water was always hot, there was plenty of wardrobe space, coat hangers and towels. The television was also a massive plus.

The complex was lovely,pool area was particular nice. Apartment just needs updating in the bedroom and bathroom. We knew the location before we went but didn’t realise how steep the hill was.no fault of the apartments owners though.if you want a really quiet break then this would be a great complex to stay on

Great Value Apartment, wonderful views
Such a good apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Massive TV entertainment unit which has numerous films available. Being up on hill we had beautiful views of La Gomera and saw some magnificent sunsets. The hill up from the main area became harder as the week went on, so had to give in and take a taxi up which which was just under 6 euros. Goid communication from Mike which made our arrival very easy. Would not hesitate to return and try to beat the hill for the whole week!!

This apartment is in quite location, very comfortable, a 20 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants , taxi back up the hill. The pool area, small pool 0.5 metres deep and the large pool 2 metres plus deep

Superb Relaxing Break
Absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. Everything is as described. Communication with Mike is superb, extremely helpful and flexible with our issues around flights in the current situation. If you want a quiet relaxing break, then this is the place. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Only 1 small criticism, mattresses a little too soft for us and beds a bit creaky. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Second stay at this appartment also booked for two weeks in October so as you can see we like it very much. Lovely big balcony which has sun on from lunchtime till sundown. Only down side is the hill its on we always walk down taxi back up cheap enough. All in all well equipped cant fault fully recommend

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz für 2 Personen. Die Sonne ist gegen 14.00 Uhr auf der großen Terrasse und man kann abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Parkplätze findet man meist vor der Wohnung oder in der Nähe. In dem Hotelkomplex und der näheren Umgebung war es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es etwa 1,3km den Berg runter. Wir haben erholsame 2 Wochen in Mike's Wohnung verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great apartment with everything you need, even a sea view from balcony, tv with all channels you could ever want, sports, films etc, just one warning it’s a very steep hill back from towns but cabs are cheap, would definitely recommend, very good correspondence from mike the owner and really good value for money.

Simple but adequate
All the information we were given before arriving was excellent and Mike sent us a key to get into the gated complex as we were arriving late, which was really helpful, The apartment is a good size for two and well equipped: washing machine, iron etc. WiFi was great as were the UK TV channels for nights we wanted to stay in. Towels and sheets were changed during our two week stay. Balcony is a fair size but only got the sun after 1.30pm. Pool was never busy and appeared well maintained. The apartment is up a very steep hill which was fine walking down but was tiring walking back; I suggest taxis back, especially if you have any mobility issues. This apartment is great value for money and contact with the owner was helpful, easy and swift. We recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, simple base to explore the area.
