Great location

A very convenient location, just near the train station and a tram stop. Free breakfast is always a winner. Housekeeping was a little erratic. Reception and breakfast staff were lovely and helpful.

Excellent property, right in the heart of Adelaide CBD within easy walking distance of pretty much everything worth going to! Staff were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in & were helpful in explaining hotel facilities. Result - a terrific stay.

Solid stay at the hotel. However, I would have enjoyed my stay more, if my room was changed, as we were accidentally booked for the disability access room and were not warned piror. I requested for the change but was unsuccessful.
