North Adelaide

Rooms are comfortable with a good bed and pillows. Good coffee machine and easy kitchen space. What i didn't like was the shower rose height being over 6ft high, impossible to adjust as kept twisting up. Also located on flight path with planes coming in from 6am to 11pm extremely noisy

It says free parking, however parking space is not big enough to accommodate all the guests. We have to park along the street as inside parking gets full every single day. It’s a first in best dressed.

The room had all we needed for a comfortable nights stay. The mattress was the best we'd ever slept on away from home! The property itself was tucked away along a quiet tree-lined street. Hard to believe we were no more than 5 minutes from the city centre. Would stay again with no hesitation. Value for money.

Great location, the room was spotless clean and had wonderful extras, mini bar and beautiful toiletries. Downside car parking was chock a block and I had to squeeze myself and luggage past the cars into my room. I also had to park on the street and walk at night alone back to the accommodation. Staff were friendly and made accommodations for late arrival and early checkout with key drop.

We have stayed at this property before and have chosen to return because it is immaculately clean, beautifully landscaped, and the rooms have everything we need including very comfy beds. There is even a vending machine for meals, etc if we don’t want to eat at the wide range of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There are not quite enough secure car spaces for every room, but we have only had to park on the road once. We regard Boutique Stays as one of Adelaide’s hidden gems.
