We booked 2 rooms; paid extra for 1 room to have 2 queen beds. Upon entering the rooms both had only 1 bed. Reception did not acknowledge that we booked a room with 2 beds however he did fulfill our request. Door to balcony of room facing highway had a poor seal allowing noise from highway to be heard.

The hotel looks rundown. The flooring in the room was coming apart. The room was hot. We could not get it down past 25 degrees. The air conditioning was so loud and inefficient, we had to open the windows.

This property needs some updating, which I thought had been done in 2023. Elevators very, very creaky. Looks like some paint, new hardware, and that’s about it. Need towel bar in bathroom. All staff we encountered were great!

It was a nice place to spend the night for a connecting flight overnight. The airport shuttle service was excellent, timely and helpful and the drivers helpful and courteous. The accommodation was OK; the place needs refurbishing. While the bed was comfortable, the curtains were torn and generally the building needs repairs. The provided breakfast was reasonable, though could be better. The staff, while nothing specific to complain, was less than welcoming. I had booked the room seeing relatively high rating on the expedia listing, which was misleading. For a quick overnight stay to connect to an early morning flight, I would say it is an acceptable lodging but would not recommend for long stays.

Elevators werent working and we had heavy luggages. Room temp was at 26 when we entered our room and the thermostat wasnt working, we had to open windows in the winter which wasnt ideal, still, the temp did not drop below 23. The shower had no water pressure whatsoever. the rest was ok (clean, service)

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Il y avait des papiers au sol près de la table de chevet. Petits oreillers carrés. Très mauvais insonorisation. Il y avait une ouverture d’au moins 2 pouces sous la porte qui fait qu’on entend tout.
