You can collect your keys between 14H00 and 19H00 by hand or in a secure locker (access code and locker number will be communicated the same day from 14h00) To confirm together the day of your arrival.

If you pick up keys between 19H00 and 20H00 you will be asked to pay an amount of 1.50 euros in CB or coins to recover your keys.
If you pick up keys between 20H00 and 23H00 you will be asked to pay an amount of 8.50 euros in CB or coin to recover your keys.

But consult us before booking to see together the most interesting and judicious solution and avoid any extra fees if possible of the deposit.

frustrating experience
The only decent thing about this place was the location and even that wasn't great. Although it was conveniently placed near cours mirabeau and la centre ville, it was also on a street with a ton of bars which was incredibly loud. The host incorrectly charged me twice and was difficult to communicate with. it was also under stocked I had to buy silverware, toilet paper, hand soap, and trash bags. There was only two or three plates and no actual silverware to eat with. overall pretty disappointing.
