Shocking smell in rooms. We booked two rooms for two nights, one for ourselves, and one for our daughters. During our stay we each had to change rooms because the sewage smell coming up through the pipes in the bathrooms was overwhelming. The bathrooms were dirty and still had hair on the floor from the previous occupants; the rooms weren't made up each day which isn't usually a problem if you are informed of that, and if they leave enough toilet paper, soap, towels, bottled water (cause you really cant drink the tap water) etc to use on the second day - which they didn't. The tap in our bathroom didnt work. The remote controls for the TV's in the rooms needed new batteries and the internet was absolutely terrible. We were told the issue with the internet was because the hotel was full. The beds are very firm, which is usual for this part of the world, and the air con was very loud in the bedroom. The staff were pleasant but very slow at fixing any issues. We waited two hours for our daughters to change rooms the second evening (due to the smell) and longer for them to drop off our requested water, towels and toilet paper etc. The kitchenette has two bowls in the cupboard, two glasses and two cups, but no cutlery and nothing with which to wash the dishes with if you use them. No dishwashing detergent, or cloth to dry anything with. Which worried me how they clean these items between guests. I wouldnt stay here again, and definitely wouldnt recommened anyone stay here.
