Staff was courteous and friendly. Checked us in right away. Location was very convenient to where we were going. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. Not sure why we were given a handicap accessible room. One of the showere//tub fixtures was broken. No place really to put clothes away. But it was convenient to the elevator and ice.

Not quite as nice as the pictures suggest, but it was clean. Heater/ac unit didn’t work properly. If the heat was on, it was a hundred degrees no matter how you set it. You could also feel a huge draft from underneath the unit. Also kinda had a funky smell to it. Other than that the place was clean and comfy.

This is a quality hotel. Great hot breakfast with a wide variety of good typical breakfast food including waffles, eggs, and daily rotation of the hot food. Nice pool and hot tub too!

The heat in the room was oppressive and the control was unmanageable. I finally opened the window and turned on the bathroom fan and finally got some relief. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. I reported the two issues to the desk clerk upon departure.
