The room was advertised with a small refrigerator and microwave, but didn’t have the microwave. The coffee pot didn’t work we requested to be replaced, but never happened.

When booking online, the total came out to $171 for TWO nights not a problem tbh, until I go to check in and the front desk person lets me know the check in deposit is $100! More then half of what we paid for TWO nights, I asked why it was so much he proceeded to explain that it was just a deposit hold and it would be refunded when checking out. I explain to him that I was asking why the deposit was $60 more then the website had stated ($40). This also happened to a few guys that were checking in as well. They had ONE night and wanted them to put a $100 deposit for a $70 room!! This is not okay, to be charging more then half of what you paid for and not having it on the website!

A bit run down, which doesn't bother me so much as being dirty. Dirty shower curtain. Dirty bathroom floor and door. Generally felt unclean. Staff was nice, and it was in a convenient location for us but I wouldn't stay again.

We arrived and there were contractors with their room doors open having parties, drinking and smoking, we did not feel comfortable for our family to stay and we asked to be moved to another room they did but there was party noise most of the night. We are never staying there again.

No light / lamp attached to the light switch next to the entry door. Had to turn the mini-fridge off for a few minutes to get it to come on. Cheap shower head that needed de-scaleing badly. Room was clean and in good condition. Really could use more light. Check in staff at 7pm was not helpful. Said my room was in front, it was in back. Hard to determine room numbers at night driving through the parking lot. No room map was provided. All the ice machines were out of order.
