Stole information and worst service ever
The front desk keep my mother in laws ID and Bank card , they didn’t returned it and knowing we were in the hotel didn’t call to Let us know the cards were at the front desk. During the night somebody withdraw money from her account with the card and tried twice. This is unacceptable.

Experience at Ramada
Was a terrible experience, found dead roaches in the room. We booked two rooms both were supposed to have two queen beds but they were more like twin/full size. Both rooms smelled bad and one smelled like cigarettes. The rooms also didn’t have soap and the ceiling paint was chipping off pretty bad, looked like water damage. The lady cooking breakfast was not wearing any gloves.

The floor has a buckle on it and my husband tripped and almost fell. The shower curtain was torn. Room door was very hard to open and close. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was quite a ways from the room.
