Good location

We had a good week here. You are right in the picturesque old town, with lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the roof terrace, particularly when there were fireworks from the marina. Could have done with a kettle and toaster, but otherwise there was everything you needed. Unfortunately the gas ran out in the middle of cooking tea, but the owner had this replaced early the next day.

Due monolocali uniti da una porticina di compensato,che hanno senso solo inseme perchè sono troppo piccoli da affittare singolarmente. Il primo ha un diveno letto cigolante, una cucina piccolissima e un bagno senza bidet. Non c'è nemmeno un armadietto per poter mettere i propri abiti, ma solo due tristissime grucce attaccate ad un chiodo L'unica cosa piacevole è un terrazzino sui tetti di Alghero, da dove si intravede un po di mare ma si respira l'odore delle cucine dei ristorantini sottostanti L'altro monolocale è una stanza di circa 20mq con soffitto alto che ha permesso la realizzazione di un soppalchino dove è collocato il letto o meglio, un materasso buttato in terra senza una rete a doghe. Ci dormirete solo se avete la schiena buona. Anche in questo monolcale il bagno è senza bidet e con una tristissima tendina di plastica verde a proteggere gli schizzi della doccia. Cucina accettabile, per chi non è infastidito dai successivi odori di mangiare per tutto l'appartamentino. In questo monolocale nessun terrazzino ma solo una finestra che da su un cortiletto interno. LATI NEGATIVI: 1) Caldo allucinante. Se è vero che è segnalato che entrambi i monolocali sono privi di aria condizionata, la temperatura interna rasenta quasi sempre i 30 gradi quando esternamente ce ne sono 35. Il dramma è che nemmeno la notte cala la temperatura. Più volte ho dormito in terrazza. Il consiglio della proprietaria è stato di "aprire le finestre" (!) 2) pulizia iniziale: Al limite, tanto da dover far tornare la signora che gestisce la casa per una pulizia supplementare. 3) WiFi, una semplice saponetta TIM, ricaricabile, ma credo con un contratto assurdo, tanto da scaricarsi continuamente. per la ricarica, devi ogni due o tre giorni chiedere alla signora che gestisce i monolocali. 4) ACQUA: non c'è quasi mai. Se volete fare una doccia abbastanza normale, dovrete svegliarvi alle 5 di mattina. Non può essere solo un problema dell'acquedotto comunale, ma credo anche un problema strutturale di impianto della palazzina. Gli appartamenti attigui al nostro, non avevano cosi tanti problemi LATI POSITIVI: 1) appartamento in pieno centro storico pedonale. Se vi piace la vita mondana allora può fare per voi, ma scordatevi la macchina e i tacchi alti. Altri aspetti positivi non ne ho trovati, nemmeno per il centro di Alghero perchè purtroppo è diventato un mangificio, piena di ristoranti e bar ma con nessun servizio. Da non tornare.. soprattutto in questo appartamento . Massimo

Apartmány boli vybavené primerane cene, servis priemerný,čo sa týka ubytovateľa. Mala som pocit,že spoliehajú na to, čo tam klienti nechajú. Na webovej stránke uvádzajú internet, práčku,1 bicykel k dispozícii a nič z toho nebolo v cene. Za wifi chceli poplatok 3 eurá denne!!!!! Rezervovala som si apartmán s terasou na 2 týždne a majiteľka mi oznámila až po stretnutí preddavku,že 1 týždeň budeme v inom apartmáne bez terasy a 2. týždeň v tom, ktorý som si rezervovaná.Nestandardné správanie...... Alghero sa nám páčilo veľmi,ale určite sa ubytujeme inde a s klimatizáciou.

Kleines Studio in zentraler Lage

Absolut zentrale Lage - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die meisten Restaurants nur wenige Meter entfernt. Schöner Blick von der Terasse über die Altstadt zum Meer. Gut für alle, die viel in der Stadt unterwegs sind. Kleine Küche, Schlafsofa, Parkplätze ca. 700 m entfernt.

Studio charmant, bien situé et belle terrasse vue mer

Le studio est très charmant, très bien situé au coeur des rues piétonnes de la vieille ville, près des remparts, des commerces et restaurants. A environ 900m de l'arrêt de bus en provenance de l'aéroport (et de celui qui va à toutes les plages). L'appartement est vraiment conforme aux photos. Il a beaucoup de charme et est plutôt frais (ancien couvent et mur anciens, donc épais). La communication avec la propriétaire Candida, a été simple, facile et très agréable. Sur place, une jeune fille adorable nous a donné des explications sommaires en anglais, mais suffisantes sur l'appartement. A notre arrivée le samedi, le gaz ne marchait pas (bombonne vide) et il y avait une fuite d'eau sous l'évier de la kitchenette : nous avons du attendre le lundi pour que cela soit résolu mais bon.. on était en vacances ! 2 petits bémols : Il n'y a pas de placards pour ranger ses affaires, donc, pas très pratique de naviguer avec les valises ouvertes dans le studio. Et l'appartement a une mini-mezzanine, au-dessus du salon, séparée de l'appart d'à côté par une simple porte de communication : donc on vit pas mal avec les voisins (c'est une chambre pour eux, apparemment) : s'ils sont bruyants (c'était notre cas) ce n'est pas toujours agréable !. Mais à part ça, pour la situation du studio, son charme, et sa terrasse magnifique, vraiment, c'est très très agréable pour une semaine de vacances !
