Amazing hotel in Alicante

Excellent from start to finish, reception staff brilliant always went above & beyond, especially Yolanda & Bryan who despite being a newbie, sorted a minor issue for us. The breakfast was so good, friendly staff, great choices, best breakfast we’ve had anywhere. The style of the hotel was so on trend, pristinely clean and well presented in every area. The room was light & spacious, all top quality. Beds a little hard for me but that’s just preference. Lovely extra touches like water stations & fresh fruit on every level was much appreciated. Ideally located, minutes from the beach, marina & Ramblas. If we return to Alicante I would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

Perfect property in the perfect location for exploring Alicante and beyond. Hotel was spotless and everything looked brand new. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, but Yolanda on reception was amazing. She gave me some fantastic tips about where to visit and how to get there using the trams. She also tried her best to improve my Spanish. Muchas gracias.

Wonderful stay in a great area! If you bring a car, you park in the garage right before the hotel entrance (it’s a one lane garage entrance that is used for both In & Out. You push the button to talk to the hotel & let you in to open the garage and then head to elevator to go up to ground level check in and let them know you have parked there. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of stores and restaurants (walking distance) and a 24hr mini market very close. The castle Santa Barbara is walking distance and a must see! You take an elevator to the top of the castle and once you get to the top you have amazing views and lots to see. There is also a small coffee/drink kiosk at the top but there is uneven terrain and it is a lot of uphill and in my opinion can be challenging with a stroller or if you have a hard time walking, but you can see a lot just from where the elevator takes you. All these wonderful things near the hotel are a bonus to a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and the hotel also has 2 washers and 1 dryer for guest use for 1€ to wash and about the same to dry. You must bring your own laundry soap. Don’t think twice! Book this place!

A really lovely hotel. Very clean and modern with a classy feel to it. Yolanda and the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Bed was comfy although slightly too firm for me, but my wife was fine with it. Rooftop bar was a real gem - even on a chilly January day.

The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful. Check in was slick as we received an online form before we arrived. We will definitely stay at the Odyssey Rooms again and recommend to anyone coming to Alicante. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
