1st night we arrived which was warly hours of the morning (5am), the rooms where not up to standard and after complaining we was suppose to get a refund but that is on going. As managers agreed and Experian agreed a refund, now the managers are going back on their word after making us make the payment. The other nights where ok.

Great location and good customer services

Overall we found this hotel cleanliness and it's facility to be good although I could not understand why they did not provide internet services. Distance to the golden temple from the hotel was not too far which was excellent.
