Lots of things to like

Lots of things to like. Regular shuttle bus. Pool, sauna, steam room and gym at no extra cost. The food we had was better than anticipated. The only thing we weren’t so keen on was the automatic bathroom light which is a bit bright in the middle of the night.

They will shuttle you to and from the airport. There is little to nothing nearby, BUT they make it up by having the hotel accommodated with a mini-grocery that's 24/7, multiple dining options, amongst other things. I stayed in the Netherlands for a week at multiple different hotels, this one was by far my favorite. Will use again in future.

When I arrived to the property, I could tell there were issues with customers taking more than 15 to 20 minutes to check in before me then when I got to the counter and I shared that I booked through Expedia, the person at the counter said we’re looking to see what we can do for you But don’t worry everything will be taken care of so immediately. I began to worry because I was only in for an overnight layover and it was already late and I needed to get up early. After them trying to work with me for at least 15 minutes they apologize and said they will need to shuttle me to a different hotel because they were overbooked And I told them I just wanted a room so I could get to bed and get up early in the morning they told me don’t worry we will take care of the taxi and free breakfast but I said I just want a room. I’m not even going to be around for breakfast. It baffles me how hotels offered on Expedia provide less than adequate treatment to their gas and prefer club members over a Expedia booking. This makes me very concerned to book in the future with Expedia because of less preference given to those bookings.

It took a long time to get checked in. After flying all day it would’ve been nice to have a speedy check in. Also, I payed for a king bed but they gave us two twins. As I was tired from the long day and didn’t want to wait in the long line I’ll dealt with it. On another note, the waiter at the bistro was hardworking and kind.
