The hotel is in a great location.. the hotel is clean and very modern.. A good vibe hotel. we stayed in a 6 floor room with a terrance and it was perfect, lots of space, clean and the bed was really comfy. Staff were helpful. Liked that you could only go on the hotel floor that your staying on.. felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and glad we chose to stay here.

When we arrived early, our room was ready. The front desk had amazing customer service. The restaurant had amazing customer service. Basically, all throughout the hotel was amazing. The location was close to everything we wanted to do (tours, museums, and restaurants)!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location easy access to everywhere. The hotel itself is lovely, would love to have made use of the spa but was only there for 2 days and there was no early morning availability. Staff are all very friendly. No complaints will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The staff were amazing and attentive, so many of them around! Very clean and comfortable, guest services went above and beyond to set up birthday decorations for our arrival, just perfect! Will be back for sure. The hotel is right on dam square in the centre of Amsterdam, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and things to do! 10/10

Absolute Gem 5/5

What an absolute gem of a hotel the staff are amazing big shout to Bas who was incredibly helpful through my stay. The hotel was wonderful bedrooms are beautifully appointed and the bath is so deep I couldn’t get out ! Dirty Martinis in the Taylor Bar were exceptional Eggs Benedict perfectly done 5/5 definitely cannot recommend highly enough.

This is not a five star in my opinion. I would rate it as average, despite staying in a suite. Staff the evening we stayed weren’t friendly at the front desk. Then when I ask for cutlery to use for food I ordered, they charged $5 for it. To borrow a fork, they charged for that.
