We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Amsterdam Centraal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the onsite restaurant, Carstens, was a fantastic surprise. The chef’s menu was outstanding and truly great value for money. I’d highly recommend it. The spa area was a really nice place to relax, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. Overall, we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay in Amsterdam!

Brilliant hotel

We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room and had the most fantastic time! The staff are fantastic, the hotel itself was incredible and the pool & sauna were such a lovely addition to our trip. We will absolutely be staying here again

5 mins walk from the train station and food which is very convenient. Clean property; excellent breakfast buffet with omelette station (have breakfast at the hotel…worth it). Friendly and accommodating staff. I only wish they provided free bottled water in the rooms.

Great location

Room was great but not totally soundproof I could hear the cleaners at 7am every morning. The only inconvenience was the fridge locked the morning I was leaving and couldn't retrieve my drinks I placed in there.

A short, but overall happy stay

We are regular visitors to Amsterdam but it was our first time staying at this hotel. We loved how central the location was. Straight over the road from Central Station. A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely. The room it'sself was great, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only complaint was the overall cleanliness of mainly the bathroom. You could see it needed some tlc and the rainfall shower was covered in limescale. Even after asking the cleaner to pay attention to this, nothing changed. With just a little bit more care and attention the room would have been fantastic. It was also a smart room, so everything was electronically controlled. Over all, staff were great, the grounds of the hotel are lovely and location was ideal.
