Nice Place Close to Disney, Just Be Aware of a Few Things
We got a complaint for noise on one of our nights. I simply do not know that is possible. We were all in bed when I got the alert of a possible 1,000 fine if it happened again. My son may have coughed a couple of times is the only thing I could think of. I'm still confused how we got a complaint.We lost water on one of the days of our trip. This was an issue specific to our property, NOT a problem in SoCal because of the fires. I was disappointed that the best offer the property manager had for us was a 15 refund and a couple hour later checkout. I think it's problem bigger than 15. Lastly, our car was towed. We moved our car one time during our stay, and I missed our assigned spot BY ONE SPOT. Admittedly, I wasn't super careful because the parking lot was half empty, and was always half empty throughout our stay. The car was misparked for a couple of hours on just one evening while we went to Disneyland, and when we got back it was gone. It cost us 550 to get our car back at 3 AM. The owner did tell us about the possibility of being towed, but I would warn guests in bolded large font about how this complex is clearly predatory. I picked up another job to pay for this chance to take my kids to Disneyland, and a 550 price tag does not match the gravity of my sin. I can't help but wonder if the manager of the complex has a towing business on the side to pad their income. Nice unit with great location and mangers are nice, but be warned and learn from my mistake.
