Worst experience...don't book this hotel
It was terrible experience. Never gonna stay or recommend in this hotel. We booked in advance with confirmed booking hoever on reaching there they said they don't have room available and can find somewhere. Also gave excuse No complimentary breakfast available as the hotel is handled by new management now. Tap on the bath tub was broken and water was wasting when you take bath. Receptionist was not aware what she was doing and try to gave me 2 different rooms keys in the end when I resisted to move to another property. They eventually found the room I booked after wasting 1 hour and more in night. Reached reception at 10:30 pm and got room keys at 12 am. The given key stopped working after 2 days.

Heater didn’t work the second night
Upon check in I was told the grab and go breakfast in the morning would be in the lobby. The next morning I went to the lobby looking for breakfast only to be told it had been discontinued effective that very morning:-( Thanks to Rene the non working phone in my room was replaced as well as having electricity restored to the inop lighting area. Unfortunately around 8pm I realized the heater in my room stopped working. I called the front desk (thank you again Rene!) and Jennie told me the repair staff left at 3:30pm. I paused expecting some kind of problem solving to be engaged. When it became clear no solutions would be offered-a room change, a portable heater, extra blankets, a discount for the discomfort- nothing, I requested two blankets. I was told they’d be left at the front desk for me to pickup. The stay was a mixed bag instead of ‘poor’ only because Rene provided excellent customer service with a very positive attitude.

we have stayed at many extended stay hotels and this one was run down. We always like the fact it has grab and go breakfast but the front desk told us there are new owners and they are not offering it. Need to take it off the advertisement of what the hotel offers. There was also a greasy substance on the table by the bed. Don’t even want to assume what it was!

They were so disorganized. Assigned 3 rooms before one was acceptable. Strangers trying to get in. TWICE! Cobwebs, mold at the vent, dirty floor. No towels, coffee, or complimentary breakfast.

Sometimes judge a hotel by it's star rating
Its funny... this location at a 6.4 star rating, but it was actually very nice. The concierge girl was nice, quietly rocking out to her motown favorites whilst checking me in - the room was spotless, and the coffee was hot - what else can you ask for?
