Room and fun for all!

Great place for a family vacation!! I loved that every bedroom had its own attached bath. The lower level had a fun game room enjoyed by all!The hot tub was perfect with a great view.Easy access to Angel Fire resort.The only, and I mean only, hiccup was the master bedroom closet was not acceptable. Might be nice to have a clothes rack in the room.We had a wonderful time!

Family getaway

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. 6 adults and 6 children stayed here and we absolutely loved our trip. I would suggest this cabin as your first choice when spending time in Angel Fire! Thank you to the host and to the owner for sharing their home with us!

Spring Break Ski Trip

This property truly exceeded our expectations. Along with the beautiful accommodations, the dedication to children’s entertainment was exceptional. The only challenge now is that my kids are eagerly requesting an infinity table when we return home!

Amazing Family Trip!

19 family members celebrated my mothers 70th birthday at the Sundance Lodge and it fulfilled all of our needs and expectations! Ages ranged from 10-70, with plenty of activities do in and around the property. The 3 levels allowed for plenty of space and we never felt crowded. We are already planning a trip for next year!

Perfection! Our 2nd stay!

This is our 2nd time to stay here. It snowed quite a bit, so we were stuck inside one day. Thankfully, it is a very kid-friendly cabin and has so much for the kids to do that it kept everyone entertained. It’s the perfect place for a large family. We love the location, too.

Some good, Some not

The property is GORGEOUS, the house is beautiful but the cleanliness was not. We has some bug issues and bed linens that were not clean. Things were obviously not dusted in a very long time but for the most part, the house is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub also. But note that the trash is disposed of by the tenants at the end of their stay, 10 miles from the house. This is unheard of.

relaxing wonderful stay

This property is beautiful. It has so much space to spread out and get comfortable, and the furnishings are thoughtful and well-appointed. I appreciated the accommodations for our group of student council kids. The property had everything we needed for our stay--cookware, toiletries, pantry supplies--there wasn't anything left lacking. The only thing we had trouble with during our stay was figuring out the locks on the exterior doors, but my husband figured out that the handle needed to be lifted for the lock to turn and catch. We will definitely plan to stay there in the future. I feel that this property was a bargain.

Fun Family Getaway

This is a very nice property for the 10 adults and 4 grandkids. The amount of space and the layout was perfect for all of us. The bedrooms were all comfortable and had access to their own bathroom. Each room was well thought out to comfortably accommodate any guest. The kitchen as well equipped and was central to the family room and dining table. The kids were able to enjoy the upstairs kid’s room as well as the game table. They were also able to have a great time in the basement area. The adults also used all spaces in the house as well, which included entertainment throughout. We did have a few late nights where we put the kids to bed and had adult time, and I will say that the sound proofing in the house was great. As load as we were we never woke up the kids. The nearby amenities were also great (i.e. hiking trails, lake, golf 
 and a few restaurants).

The Sundance property was a wonderful home for our family get together. Great location with amenities for the whole family - and excellent lower level for children. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would stay here again in the future.

Awesome lodge. Really enjoyed all of the artwork and personal touches adorning the house. Each room had its own character, found new things everyday. The one problem we had was addressed immediately. having to haul your own trash out was a bit of a downer, but due to the possibility of bears I fully understand. We will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

This house was great. We have 7 adults and 3 kids and we had more than enough rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have been able to use and the furniture in the living room was ample enough for my family. The driveway was a little tricky with all the snow and we saw just a few things that the cleaning crew overlooks. However, it was perfect for our family and we hope to stay there again.

Perfect Ski Stay

This house was a perfect fit for the group we were going skiing with this year. The layout allowed for the kids and couples to spread out with plenty of space and privacy (and bathrooms!) They have lots of entertainment inside the home as well as outside of the home for the kids. It really couldn’t have been better! We will be recommending and staying again!

Incredible Place!

This was by far the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. It was beautiful! Great hot tub, perfect views, not too far from town, very clean, lots of thought-out kid games/entertainment, great for walks/hiking. We all hope to get this again next year!

Sundance Lodge

Sundance Lodge is spectacular! We had eight adults and seven grandchildren. They loved the stuffed bears, mountain lion and other trophies! The huge playroom with the four queen size bunk beds and a huge TV was great. We loved the hot tub and feeding the deer in the evening. The lodge's interior and furnishing was so well designed!! This 2 million dollar home was worth every dollar!

Great House, Great Vacation

We spent 4 nights here with 10 adults, 2 kids (ages 4 and 2) and 2 infants (under 1). It was the perfect house for our size party and especially great for kids. The views from the back decks were amazing. So many fun things to do in the house, including toys, games, and gaming tables. Also, the house is in walking distance to a couple of trailheads and a lake to fish/boat/walk around. We are considering booking this same place again next year.

Everything was great. Just two suggestions.

The upper loft should have been designed with another bath. An on-suite can not handle the number of beds/sofa beds in the loft. The propane/gas grill was insufficient for a house that can host 20. It could barely cook 8 burgers at a time. The two bottles on site were empty. Other that that it was a GREAT place to stay. Would do it again. Don
