Simple, functional, in a great location
We loved our stay! The place is basic but had evening we needed. It isn't flashy, but it was clean, functional, and everything just worked. The multiple heaters and fireplace made the place super cosy when it got cold in the evening too. The location is just awesome. Short walk to the playground and wetlands was a huge hit with little and big people alike, as well as the dog. Our (big) dog was safe and happy in the yard but I'll add a note re fencing to given the previous reviews: the property is fully fenced, but in the typical style of beach shacks everywhere - 10x10cm wire mesh fencing that won't keep small dogs in (as described in the listing). There was also a bit of space under each of the 3 gates (about 15-20cm), which could be an issue for some medium dogs or those particularly keen on escaping. The communication with the team was also brilliant, which we really appreciated given it was a very last minute stay. Would recommend and come again.
