Overall, excellent stay and we were very well looked after. The buffet is fantastic, and the staff will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. The building is beautiful and the ground are large with a lot of *potential* activities. The only downsides: - The hotel should make it clear at booking that not all facilities are available, should it be due to weather, constructiom, staffing or any other reason. We were slightly disappointed to see most of the facilities in the hotel were closed, and the beach pavillion under construction. Perhaps this won't be a problem in the future. - Other MAJOR issue is the local taxi service "Kundu Taxis", which is the yellow taxi service which operates in the area are extremely cunning. I would like to reiterate this is nothing to do with the hotel, but visitors need to be aware of this. As soon as you leave the hotel, taxi services will illegitimately charge you extortionate amounts to take you to places. If you try to book an uber (or Turkish equivalent), these orders are blocked and rejected. Upon further research, the Kundu Taxi service have somewhat of a mob-like monopoly where they won't allow other taxi services to operate in this area so they can charge tourists large amounts. The hotel staff were understanding and suggested the bus for travel, which was a fantastic alternative and takes you most places. The only disappointing part was that the security guard at the hotel seemed to be colluding with the taxi services.

All good, especially the staff, who truly care—it was a breath of fresh air. We had a wonderful time. Just a tip for the kitchen: less is more! Focus on a few dishes but make them absolutely spot on. There was no signature dish, which one should be looking forward to. Hope you will review your policy on food.

We went during the lower season. Of the advertised 5 al la carte restaurants only 1 was open, and then it was only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The entire beachfront area was under construction and was closed. Felt like they misrepresented their facilities open at this time. Truly dissappointing

Service from all staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly that worked here. However we felt there was little entertainment in the evenings even with it being winter season. Also would have been nice for the other restaurants / bars / patisserie to be open to truly get the full experience.

Very large all inclusive resort similar to Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. The room is a good size. The meals are complete. All the staff are very cooperative.
