Uncomfortable spring mattress, bad room smell, bathroom is in terrible condition, and drain was clogged. This issue was reported to the receptionist, but it was not resolved. Bad experience.

This room was smaller than I expected and bed was quite thin and springy but as you’ll see in Guatemala. Still slept well. For such a central location it is surprisingly quiet. The staff are incredible. The garden is gorgeous. Be sure to take advantage of a pool day at their neighbor hotel Casa del Parque for only $5- it’s gorgeous and right around the corner.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. It’s in a perfect area I’ll block and a half away from the Antigua arch The stuff is very friendly very helpful. The rooms are super clean and number one thing for me was the hot water.
