Prédio antigo, sujo, visivelmente sem limpeza há algum tempo alem do odor desagradável nas áreas comuns, inclusive refeitório. Café da manhã em local abafado, com paredes necessitando de reparos(infiltrações), alimentos com poucas variedades e falha logística de reposição, além de falta de higiene dos funcionários e falta de atenção dos funcionários com relação à limpeza das mesas. Quartos com varanda para rua extremamente barulhentos, devido ao tráfego de ônibus, motos, entre outros veículos na madrugada e ao amanhecer.

Hotel péssimo!

Hotel em péssimas condições, limpeza a desejar, atendimento ruim principalmente durante o café da manhã, que inclusive era de 6hrs às 9hrs, mas quando dava 8hrs já não tinha nada! Falando dos quarto os colchões são ruins, a limpeza deixa a desejar e os quartos são sem ventilação ( deixando o quarto com cheiro de mofo/velho). Não voltaria nem que me dessem diárias de graça!

Muito ruim nossa estadia nesse hotel

Hotel bem localizado, porém atendentes com mau humor e sem cordialidade pra tratar os hóspedes, estrutura do local que serve o café da manhã péssimo sem contar a falta de higiene, e o café muito fraco.

Esse hotel precisa ser interdidato e descredenciado pelas plataformas. Horrivel minha estadia, quartos sujo, roupa de cama sujo, banheiro cheio de lodo e pano de chao imundo. Ar condicionado com controle quebrado, televisao nao funcionava, interfone nos corredores nao funcionam, mofo, frigobar sujo e em pessimo estado de conservacao. Minha filha queria usar a piscina sem condicoes, estava um lodo. Cafe da manha nao tinha mesa suficiente para sentar. Pior estadia da minha vida.

Hotel desorganizado, sujo, piscina suja, quartos com roupas de cama velhas e sujas, colchão nojento, banheiro cheio de lodo. O café da manhã não comporta todos os hóspedes pois não possui mesas suficientes e não tem reposição das coisas.

Horrivel. Hotel em pessimas condições, o banheiro tinha uma goterira na direção do acento sanitário quando sentava-se recebia gotejadas na cabeça, ao tomar banho o banheiro inundava, tinha infestações de baratinhas. Não limpam as coisas, tinha lençóis sujos e q nao era do tamanho do colchão. O cafe da manha era uma guerra, nao haviam lugares suficientes para sentar, tinha q aguardar, nao haviam pratos e alimentos suficientes. Quando recolocavam pratos, não tinham xícaras, realmente nao teve nada para salvar a estadia.
