I don’t know how this place is even allowed to be listed on Expedia. The second I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming stench—a mix of mildew and an old, dirty mop. It was so bad it triggered my asthma. The room was absolutely disgusting: stained carpets, stained walls, even stained pillows. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here.
The TV doesn’t work, the water is ice cold, and the walls are so paper-thin you can hear full conversations from down the hall. There is absolutely no privacy, and sleeping here is nearly impossible between the noise and the filth.
We originally booked for four nights but left first thing in the morning after just one miserable night. We ended up staying at an Airbnb in Isabela that was spotless—a complete night-and-day difference.
Now I understand why they refuse refunds under any circumstances—it’s a scam. If they allowed refunds, nobody would stay past five minutes.
DO NOT believe any positive reviews. They are either fake or written by people with zero standards for cleanliness. There is absolutely nothing good about this place, and anyone saying otherwise is lying.
What’s even worse is that Expedia continues to allow this place to be listed despite all the complaints. It’s unacceptable that a platform this big lets places like this scam customers with no accountability. Just because a hotel is listed on Expedia doesn’t mean it meets any kind of basic hygiene or quality standards.
