We recommend visiting the city of Arezzo, with its alleys, monuments, ancient churches, and palaces. It will be the perfect setting for evenings in typical restaurants in the historic center or for aperitifs in the main squares. In Arezzo, you will find all the necessary services, and a small supermarket is just 2 km from the villa.
In front of the villa passes the provincial road that connects the city with the main villages of Valdichiana, from Castiglion Fiorentino to Camucia, Cortona, and up to Lake Trasimeno.

You will have at your disposal a fully fenced garden with a parking space and outdoor equipment, but above all, a splendid infinity pool (dimensions 8x5.50 m, depth 1.30-1.90 m) and a bioclimatic glass pergola with a 5-seater hot tub and a comfortable shower.
