L'espace

Encerclé par l'architecture néoclassique et sinueuses rues anciennes, il y a la première zone, de la ville d'Athènes. Plaka, à 10 minutes à pied de l'Acropole, connu sous le nom de "Quartier des Dieux" est le quartier le plus ancien et le plus pittoresque de la ville antique.
Dans les sites archéologiques, les zones résidentielles et les anciens marchés, se trouve une résidence cachée exclusive, Aerides Luxury Suites.

Entouré d'un bâtiment historique des années 1800, l'Aerides Luxury Suites est adjacent à l'ancien marché romain et à la première station météorologique du monde, adoptant son surnom de monument antique.

La propriété exclusive était à l'origine construite de matériaux naturels tels que le marbre pentélique; le matériau utilisé pour construire la plus belle création architecturale du monde, le Parthénon, dédié à la déesse Athéna.

Si ancien que soit l'extérieur de la propriété, l'intérieur est tout aussi contemporain. Situation exceptionnelle et caché de l’appartement magnifique
Belle découverte, emplacement idéal pour découvrir Athènes à la fois proche de tous les sites à visiter et de superbe restaurant mais aussi calme. L’appartement très jolie, beaucoup de cache, 3 belles chambres, lumineux, belle terrasse et une vue exceptionnelle sur l’Acropole ! Notre hôte toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions . Rien à redire, peut être juste un peu de poussière dans certains endroits mais sinon très propre et belle intention à notre arrivée avec une corbeille de fruits et de quoi déjeuner

La maison est spacieuse, idéalement placée à Monastiraki. Communications et accueil très chaleureux, généreux avec largement de quoi faire les premiers repas, tous les produits d’entretien fournis. Les deux terrasses sont très agréables en octobre, peut être trop chaudes en été (vérifier la présence de store ou de parasols). La vaisselle et matériel de cuisine mériteraient d’être un peu améliorés : plus d’assiettes, plus de couverts, essoreuse à salade,...

We all enjoyed our stay. We found it to be in a great location to restaurants and the place we were going. Highly recommended. We had a very pleasant surprise from the owner of basic breakfast food and fruit which allowed for us to have a quick meal before our excursions. So appreciated!

Unbeatable location, awesome view of the Acropolis
The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the location with easy access to restaurants and all the historical sights. Of course the view of the Acropolis from the main balcony is also worth mentioning. The accomodation clean, well equipped and comfortable. But best of all you have a sense of what it wouldve been like to stay in 1920s apartment. Would highly reccomend! Host was accomodating and communication.

Perfect location, perfect view
This apartment was everything we could have hoped for. The location was so central we could walk everywhere, and the views of the Acropolis from the terrace were incredible. There was a lovely welcome basket with all you need to make breakfast, and a lot of information on the necessary amenities. There were plenty of toiletries to use in the bathrooms, the A/C was a very welcome treat after walking in the heat, and there were plenty of candles to create a great ambience for evenings on the terrace. There was plenty of space for a family with two teens, as they each could have their own room. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent location...
This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens, extremely convenient for all of the major tourist sites and within driving distance of other major sites plus the beach if required. On first arrival, we met the property manager who was excellent, and showed us around the apartment which is large with several balconies. We did have a few issues with the cleaning of the apartment, for instance, a few small visitors that night, some rubbish from the previous occupants left and the shower not working. However, the property manager was straight onto this when we called him the next day and he got the cleaners in to thoroughly clean. Apart from the small issues, the apartment has excellent air conditioning and is furnished very well, is very comfortable and convenient. Because you are in the middle of Athens, it can be a little noisy but that is to be expected. The convenience of the location is second to none and we would stay there again if we return to Athens.

Best location
We have young kids so we were in early every night. We were able to look out our windows and enjoy that gorgeous terrace amongst Greece’s historic sites - a real pinch me treat. The hosts were attentive. We had an issue with the bath water coming out cold and it was resolved within a couple of hours while we were out. We had treats (bread, eggs and a huge bowl of fruit upon arrival. Cereal and so many other things too). Highly recommend.

Fantastic week in Plaka
We stayed here for a week in August with our 2 university age children. The host coordinated our airport transfers so airport pickup was seamless and he met us at the property which was just as advertised. Very charming place in Plaka with two patios plus balconies off the bedrooms. Fantastic views and multiple cafes and shops literally moments walk away. We look forward to returning.

Lovely apartment in a central location, walk to all the sights!
This apartment was wonderful for our three night stay in Athens. Our hosts left a full fridge for us and lots of food knowing that we were arriving on a redeye. The beds were super comfortable and the ac worked really well - it was super hot and the place cooled down quickly. We walked everywhere to explore the main tourist areas and the view of the acropolis from the balcony was great. We would stay again!

Amazing apartment in the very best location
Honestly, just stop doing your research. This is the perfect place. It is in a fantastic location for walking to every tourist site. It is well appointed and there is a lot of space. The beds are comfortable and they have big fluffy pillows. The pictures of the view from the terrace don’t do it justice. It is just beautiful at night to see the Acropolis lit up. The property management team is the best part though. They answered every annoying question that I had, and made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you Michael and Xenia for sharing this apartment with us.

Location, Location, Location
This spacious, nicely decorated, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was in the most perfect location; the view of the Acropolis from the HUGE balcony is simply stunning. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 5 nights in July, 2024. Highlights: *Washing machine, NO dryer The listing advertises a dryer is available but we found this to be incorrect. The person who checked us in said it didn't exist. Fortunately, it was extremely hot during our stay & we were able to hang our clothes out on the massive balcony where they literally dried in minutes. *Air conditioning: There is air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, & the living room. They all work VERY well & were a blessing in the 99/100 degree weather!! *Beds All 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds & are quite comfortable with nice sheets. Pillows were ok. *Water for showering Plenty of hot water for all 4 of us & the water pressure was sufficient. Be warned, however, the shower heads are the hand held type, & there are no shower doors; it's an open, walk-in situation, which makes it quite difficult to not saturate the floor with water. We were constantly wiping up the mini-floods. *Wifi Not the fastest, nor the slowest... fairly decent but service was erratic throughout our stay *Great stay overall, but I must mention that in the kitchen, there is a camera on the wall. I questioned this & was advised that it was 'off'. However, it had a red glow which concerned me. We just kept the kitchen doors closed.

Location, location, location
Located right in the heart of the city, with balcony views of the Parthenon and Hadrian Library, this apartment has an amazing, dare i say perfect, location. We were able to walk to tons of shops, restaurants, and historical and cultural sites. This was perfect for 4 days of exploring Athens!

We loved this place. Great location, the view at night on the deck area was fantastic. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 friends. There is a third bedroom so if we had another couple there would still be plenty of room. Aris was very helpful and was quick to respond to me when I asked if he could arrange a transfer for us. Highly recommend this place. Cant ask for a better spot.

What a wonderful apartment. Our family of 4 was supremely comfortable and really enjoyed all this apartment had to offer. The location in La Plaka is the very best spot in all of Athens, and the views of the Acropolis from the patio were breathtaking. Rooms are well appointed and communication was excellent.
