No key to get in and out of the hotel room
my hotel experience was absolutely horrible. The hotel ran out of keys and I had to be escorted to my room for staff to open the door each time I wanted to go inside or I was told to leave my door open if I wanted to get back inside my room. Very insecure anyone able to give a room get in! Also they left eaten food inside the mini fridge.

Our room wasn’t cleaned efficiently and when it was reported, the front desk lady claimed to not have anyone to come clean and that it was only her….

Everything was 5 stars except you had to ring a bell to get front desk service, we were in and out many times throughout the day and night during our 3 night stay and without exception no one was at the front desk . I will say in their defense the front lobby was very hot and uncomfortable every day.
