I booked 5 rooms on a business trip. Upon arrival 1 of the rooms was cancelled, they said by me, however I was out of the country with no communication, so impossible. They would not reinstate the room without a 50 % increase. I tried to book on Hotels.com site and couldn't get adequate wifi in the lobby. The reception took my phone and said she got it booked, but it turns out she booked it on Quality Inns site and for the wrong date, 2 weeks out. Had a short stay and this took up 1 1/2 hours. No shuttle from international. Domestic shuttle took 90 min to arrive and van too small, had to take taxi afterlall.

It was pretty loud to be expected but compared to other hotels of the same price and size, seemed like you could hear everything from both inside the room and walking down the hall. Then we got some ice and there were those black bits, ( usually found in like unclean hose lines) It was so gross. Also the next day we were locked out of our room and had to get that fixed. But the staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly :) The outside of the property did not compare to the inside at all. Very clean and nice rooms :) Wonderful to have a little Tavern with food options til 2am!
