Everything about this property was lovely. The only negatives are that the exterior is in need of some serious TLC and the ingress and egress are via some rather steep and rickety stairs. This place may not be suitable for those who struggle with stairs. Otherwise it was a great place for my parents to stay for a few nights when we didnt have a room for them at our own home.On the bright side, it was very clean, comfortable and the interior space was perfect!
The place was awesome! I live in the country, so Iâm not used to city noises. Inside of their place was so lovely! Very nice neighborhood, it seemed.Overall happy and couldnât ask for more!
Our stay at the studio apartment was very enjoyable. It was quaint and very tastefully done. It was quiet, and the perfect size for my husband and me. There were thoughtful amenities: water in the fridge, makeup towel, laundry detergent. The only rough spot could be the stairs outside for anyone who has difficulty with climbing a few stairs. But if you donât have any issues, it is a great little venue and I would definitely stay a second time if Iâm in the area again.
Property was clean and organized--and is just as it is represented in the photos. There are steep stairs going up to the rental, but they are manageable.I have stayed here multiple times, and plan to stay again, in the future.
Price was great in addition to the amenities and condition of the studio apartment inside - it was strategically located in between where I needed to be to help get my brother picked up early the next morning for his emergency surgery at a nearby hospital - the only downside I had was not knowing in advance that I had to climb a set of outdoor stairs to get to the 2nd floor which for myself was a tad challenging with my disability and carrying an overnight bag but once up there I felt right at home as the interior is fantastic plus the bed was extremely comfortable. Once my head hit the pillow I was out like a light and never heard the train whistle I saw other folks mentioned in their reviews I quickly glanced at.
This property filled our need for lodging while in the Atlanta area. Our host was very accommodating and handled any issue that arose and was very responsive. I will advise the exterior is a bit run down looking. The exterior stairs to access the apartment could be intimidating for some. My biggest complaint was showering in the claw foot tub. The tub, while aesthetic, is not practical for showering.
The suite itself was very nice, and I loved the claw foot bathtub! The only potential issue for travellers is the location. I did not realize until I got there that you must climb 2 flights of exterior stairs to get to the room. This may prove challenging to some.
This apartment was wonderful. Close to Marietta Square, tucked away in an unassuming little apartment complex, the inside was fantastic. The only thing that might trip some people up is the tub/shower is a little tall and itâs a little hard not to spill water out with the curtain and shower head. For us it was fine, just if someone has a tough time getting in and out of taller tubs it might be a little struggle. Overall, this was an excellent experience while we wait for our new house. My wife and I have even talked about staying here again if we want a little night out in the Marietta Square without worrying about having to Uber back home.
Gregory was an excellent host with a very welcoming home in a historic area close to many things Marietta! He was responsive and accommodating when i had a question. Made my stay easy with easy to comply rules!Stan
