Great place near the airport!!!
A very convenient and safe place to stay. We had a group of 5 ladies for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. We felt very safe and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was that there were no outlets between or near the bed for charging our devices... No a reason to avoid staying here.

Very convenient to the airport with free airport shuttle. The room was large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again if flying out of Atlanta.

Impossible loud room
The staff were lovely! But as a disabled person the room, well it would be awful for anyone, was next door to an outside door that when opened it slammed to shake the room. I am not super sensitive to noise in a hotel room but only a person in a coma could stay in such a room. They did move us in the night to another room, but it would have be a hassle with a child regardless but having mobility issues was a nightmare. Either that door shoud be closed or fixed or not have people in such a room. Oh yes, and they charged us too for the experience. Again, it wasn't the staff but the hotel management or I suppose Hyatt.

You had to use your key card to get out of the property but we did know that so we handed ours in and couldn’t get out of the gate. So we had to go back in and get ours. Wish someone would’ve told us that.
