While the room was comfortable and the two staff members we interacted with were friendly enough, I will NOT stay at this property again. They charged us to park our car even though Hotels.com lists free parking as an amenity. If I was staying downtown where parking is limited, I might have understood the fee, but we were in Norcross. In addition, the breakfast was cold and very limited choices. This property was did not provide the quality that I expect from Hyatt hotels.

The room had a bad odor, the toilet didn’t flush properly to the point we had to manually add water for it to flush, and there were a pair of underwear tucked behind the couch in the room

This Hyatt wanted to charge us for parking. It was a pay on your phone app. Hotels.com showed free parking. Thank goodness for hotels.com customer service - who made sure that we would not be charged. If I hadn't contacted hotels.com I would have been charged $15 a day!
