Not great
Renting with Global was not a good experience.
24/7 customer service is not accurate. We waited two days to get a second fob for the apartment. After numerous texts, emails, voicemails and phone calls someone finally responded saying they hadn’t gotten all of the messages. Not sure why as I responded to texts and emails as they requested if anything was needed.
The apartment was clean for the most part…however, the mold all over the shower curtain was not acceptable. The dishwasher had big chunks of food in the bottom of it (whole pieces of broccoli etc) and when we cleaned all that out (which was a gross job to have to do) we found more mold all over the dishwasher filter. Also there was only one tiny packet of dishwasher soap.
The window shades are see through from both sides - no privacy. As we were on the amenities floor this meant all of the lights that stayed on all night shined directly through the windows. So left us sleeping in brightly lit rooms.
The location was good. The building staff (not connected to the rental) were fantastic.
