It was gross. Roaches were crawling on the nightstand and in the bathroom floor. Since I had to pay their rent, I should have been told there were other tenants.
When we first drove up you couldn’t even go in the lobby, you had to stand outside and talk through a window. We went to our room and it smelled like cigarette smoke, we requested a non smoking room. We were running late to attend The Rolling Stones Concert in Atlanta so we hurried up and changed our clothes. But we put everything back in our car, and went to the concert. After the concert we came back to the room and there were small bugs (nats) flying around the room. My husband found a rotten avocado in a cabinet. I opened a drawer and roaches were running. We checked the bed for bed bugs and found none. There were cigarette burns on the comforter and sheets. We only had 1 towel to use. There was no security lock inside our room on our door, just the door lock. So we put furniture in front of our door. It was horrible. There was no other rooms available. No other rooms available at other motels. It was already paid for and for 1 night. I slept with my clothes on, in case someone tried to come in. People were outside our room all night. In the morning my husband talked to the manager and he couldn’t do anything since we booked through a third party. I just want Expedite to please take them off their list so someone doesn’t book a night with them.
I didn’t like presenting my Drivers License to the attendant and then having her make a photo copy of my license which concerns me because of all the identification theft happening nowadays. I have never had this happen at any location that I’ve stayed at. The ceiling in the room was bubbled up and appeared to be ready to crash down. There were roaches in the room and we had to take our bags out to the car to not bring them home with us.

Room is big and spacious but sloppily painted and decorated. Needs much tlc. Weird check in- you stand outside and talk through a hole.
Well after I called Hotels.com back at another number.Because initially when I was trying to change my reservationy,I dealth with the annoying virtual customer assistant.
That through all those prompters I never spoke to a live-person.So,I googled an alternate phone number.Then spoke with Jelvin and he straighten everything thing for the mistake that I made on the reservations date Yesterday.Promptly and told me he was sending my confirmation immediately.
As I was already at the hotel.I Thanked him and gave him Excellent kudos for his help in my panic.
