Great Location!
This is a great location, walkable to the quaint downtown Summerhill. If you're looking for a place to stay for a football game, concert and local happenings, this is your place. If you want a more "at home" convenience, this may not be the best. This is a pure rental, not enough small attention to cooking utensils, pans, towels, blowdryer was gone and there were hotel soaps. As I stated, perfect for a couple of nights to sleep, safe location and comfortable. AC worked great!

We wanted a location near the state farm arena. But didnt want to have to pay extra for parking daily. Jalen's home was perfect. The home, is just like the pictures. He is very responsive and attentive. I will stay here again.

We came to Atlanta to visit the zoo and aquarium. Everything was as detailed. Only issue we had was the air conditioner. During the late afternoon/evening the house would get up to 78°. Communication with the owner was super easy!

Amazing stay! The pictures listed is exactly how house was! Clean and beautiful! Only ding was the air mattress (When attempting to clean it, it started to turn a brownish red and illuminated a very fishy, sour smell) - we could not use it!! No points taken away for that, though!! Just ditch that one and invest in a new one!! Highly recommended!!!! Thank you, Jalen!!

master bedroom dirty, tub had pubic hairs.
This house is in a good location. It is close to many activities. Who ever decorated did a great job. However, upon arriving, I noticed tub and sinks in master dirty, tub had pubic hairs. I took pictures and sent to jaylen, he had to come out and clean it, witch it still looked dirty and that next morning when we went to make breakfast, there were a pan of muffins still in the oven. That we had to empty and clean to make our breakfast. Online they say they clean person to person so obviously they didn’t do that. So if you book this location, you should put in request to host to make sure they disinfect and clean properly before you get there. Plus Then I get a message while we were already left to head back home with Jaylen asking could we please wash the dishes before we leave , which didn’t make sense to me, since we pay a cleaning fee, and being that the house was dirty when we came I didn’t understand why he was even asking us to clean anything. I won’t be staying again.

Beautiful Property close to Attractions and Dining
My wife and I took our young children to Atlanta to visit the aquarium and zoo. We loved our stay here and our boys had a blast with Pac-Man! The property was amazing and I especially loved the large bathroom. My wife and I also really enjoyed how close things were to the property. After visiting the aquarium and checking in, our car stayed parked for the rest of the trip! We walked to the zoo and local Dinning for the rest our our trip. I got to say, not having to drive in Atlanta is a major plus!

Concert Friendly
If you're looking for a location that is convenient to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, this is a great place. We were there to see Taylor Swift and were able to drop off and pickup very quickly and avoid a lot of traffic. The owner was very accommodating for allowing access to the property to prepare for the show. The house is also only a few blocks from a cute neighborhood with good restaurants, a brewery and an ice cream shop. The only minor issue was that the 3rd bed is a rollaway, so not the most comfortable for our 5th adult. The other bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice place!

I really enjoyed my stayed at this townhouse. It was very beautiful in the inside as you see on the pictures as listed. Whomever decorated really did everything with love even down to the comfortable beds omg didn't want to get up this morning. Both of the rooms was very nice, and comfy. Only thing I dislike was sharing the tv upstairs with the kids. It was very fresh and clean when we enter in the inside. I fell in love with that master bathroom/tub. I prepared food for my kids along with cooking for a Christmas party and everything in that kitchen is top notch, non-sticking pans A1. They also have the real deal of paper towels and tissue. Let's just say I was at home away from home like frfr. My kids enjoyed themselves even though I put the valuable things to the side so nothing wouldn't get bumped or broken. My daughter forgot her toothbrush but that wasn't a problem bcuz this property had the cutest single toothbrush set in the box along with toothpaste in the inside. Definitely will be booking again very soon. This is the best property I have been to hands down. Jalen definitely knows how to treat his guest. Quick to respond back too any of your concerns. Get at Mr. Falcons for any of your nice, relaxing get aways, I promise you will not be disappointed... I tried my best to keep everything that I could clean with my kids constantly messing up. We stayed in Jalen's townhome over Thanksgiving with 4 adults and 1 teenager. We had a great stay. Communication with Jalen was very easy through the VRBO app.
