Trip to Passion 2024 Conference Atlanta
This house was a wonderful stay for our trip to the Passion 2024 Conference at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. It was about 15 minutes away, which was perfect. We will definitely stay again. The house was very clean and updated beautifully.

Host has excellent communication. Home was very clean and on a quiet residential street. Beds were a little on the firmer side, but we managed. Showers and water pressure were great! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place.
We had an outstanding stay! House was exactly as listed. It was clean, well stocked and very fun. We stayed there during our trip to see the PGA Tour Championship. House was close to the course, as well as other amenities, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was very hot outside, but the house was very comfortable and a great place to relax after long days on the golf course. Owners were great to deal with, responsive and communicated well and timely. Highly recommend this house.

Great Find
The property is a great place to rest and relax. Completely outfitted with all essentials and then some, the location was easy to find- away from the city but close enough to the highway you’re not off the beaten path. SO appreciative that it was dog friendly! My family and I stayed overnight while on a cross-country move, and would have loved more time to explore the area- and the basement of the home! Emily was a great communicator and we were thankful for their overnight hospitality.

Hot house ..Noisy and not working AC unit. Home and amenities needs repairs!
The ac system wasnt working properly..and was extremely loud outside of the bedroom window's. Didnt allow for much rest and relaxation while sweeting and staying awake all due to the abnoxious AC noise the unit was making. The back yard was in need of cutting ..cleaning and the sitting area that appears in the listing looking over a creek or stream..is actually a drainage ditch

Perfect Home away from Home
We booked this property as we were traveling to Atlanta for a volleyball tournament. There were 4 in our party, 2 adults, 2 teens. There was more than enough room for all of us. The girls truly enjoyed the basement space with all the extra amenities provided. We were able to host a team bonding gathering for the girls which was fantastic. The played ping ping, air hockey, twister and other games. The parents could sit upstairs and relax while the girls had fun downstairs! The home itself was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. And we were able to enjoy a fire with smore's by the creek on our last night. It was the perfect ending to a great stay! The area was quiet and comfortable. Anything that was needed was within a few miles and downtown Atlanta was easy to get to. Would definitely book here again. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home with us!

Lodging fit for a Girls Trip!
This home is amazing. We had a wonderful time and we felt so comfortable and welcomed. There was six of us ladies and there was more than enough room for us to spread out in this open floor plan. The home is beautiful inside and out and the care and intention put into the design is obvious. The instructions and communication from the time of booking through checkout with the hosts were so helpful and consistent. Wonderful hospitality all around. We didn't have to ask for anything because they did such a good job anticipating questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great EVERYTHING!!
Location is perfect, check-in very easy, plenty of room. The beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable. I stayed with my adult handicapped daughter who's in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. Emily was so accommodating and easy to contact. Thank you again for everything!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

In town for a funeral
My family came into town for an unexpected funeral. Upon entering the location we were greeted with flowers and a card from the host. I'm not sure if you have ever rented homes before, but that is something that never happens. Emily's communication was "magnificent". The home itself was extremely clean and well maintained. They do an excellent job of keeping the place clean. It had everything we needed and then some. The home turned out to be 5-10 minutes away from all of the events that were planned for my family. The games downstairs kept the kids occupied when they came over as well. They do a great job of pretty much everything and that is no joke or exaggeration. You will not be disappointed renting this location. I plan on returning very, very, soon.

Great location, very clean, prompt communication!
I would most certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone! LOCATION: Great location in two ways: (1) super easy to get to off of I-20 and a lot of conveniences and attractions are all within a short drive and (2) the neighborhood consists of clean, quiet, beautiful, single-family homes. On that note, the neighbors came home next-door and did not turn their noses up at us because we were temp renters...they smiled and said hello. There was lots of air-traffic from ATL that we enjoyed watching from the firepit area but did NOT bother us when we were in the house. CLEAN: My hat's off to their cleaning staff because my first impression inside the house was how clean the place was. I kept looking for something missed but never found it...very clean property. COMMUNICATION: Emily & Tyler are very prompt communicators throughout the whole process (questions ahead of booking to make sure this was the place we wanted to stay at...questions when we were at the house...communication after we were through with the rental). Great folks to work with! ADDITIONAL MISCELANEOUS FEEDBACK: The kids (Five: 2 pre-teens and 3 teens) and I had plenty of room to "breathe" in this property...we never felt like we were on top of each other. The on-suite bathroom off the master bedroom is on the small side in the toilet area (I'm 6'3", 250 and I'd about hit my head on the door and take out 2 shelves standing up from the throne :-) but it totally redeems itself in that it has a spacious shower (high ceiling and lots of horizontal room to move) such that it would easily fit two (wish my wife was on the trip with me ;-0). The other bathroom was spacious. "Extras" that the kids and I really enjoyed about this property were: (1) the quant firepit area down by the babbling brook in the backyard. After New Year's Day driving on I-75, it was a great way to relax and shed the stress of the day by sitting by a cozy, outdoor fire and listening to the water effect near us. (2) The air hockey table to have fun and laugh playing against my kiddos (it needs a little TLC to bring it back up to factory-condition but it certainly provides entertainment). (3) I think we broke-in the little charcoal grill making some filet-mignon which turned out the best we'd ever had. (4) Washer and dryer downstairs did the job we needed them to do. If I have the opportunity to visit my older brother in the Atlanta area again, with my family in tow, I will gladly stay at this property again!
