Lovely Four Days at Ocean City

Kristi and Chris's place was perfect -- spotless, comfortable, and only steps from the Boardwalk. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. A great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The condo was spotlessly clean, cozy, well-lit, and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for our weekend in Ocean City. The unit was conveniently located with easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a plus! Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, accommodating, and made sure our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome place and location

This place is fantastic. It is right in heart of OC and just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The place is perfect for a small family. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. The other folks staying on the property were super friendly too! Kristi and Chris had great communication. They are friendly and extremely responsive. We will be booking again in the future and can't wait for our next stay!

Family Vacation

Our stay at Kristi’s condo was amazing. The unit is newly renovated, very clean, and fully stocked. This was our first time doing a Vrbo style vacation and it exceeded our expectations. The listing doesn’t even begin to list what she has the unit stocked with…there’s so much more. The location is great as you can just walk right out to the boardwalk. We did a hotel on the boardwalk last year and this was by far better for our family.

The unit location can’t be beat! The unit was very clean, good size for small groups. Parking, pool & hot tub were great! We had so much fun doing the local things around the unit! Awesome Week in OCNJ

This was our first time staying at this condo. The owner was very responsive to questions we had leading up to our stay. The place was super clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach and boards. This place was also loaded with amenities…I’m normally used to bringing my own linens, soap and toiletries, but this condo had it all! My kids loved the pool…we just wish the pool and outdoor shower were open beyond 6PM. Otherwise, this place exceeded my expectations.

Impromptu booking

This was a perfect last minute booking for my husband & I and our 3 young kids. I appreciated the location, my husband appreciated the king size bed, & most importantly our kids appreciated the pool that exhausted them into an early bed time. Selfishly I do not want to leave a review because I’m afraid this place will get booked up next year, but Kristi and Chris were such great hosts, my catholic guilt would eat me alive. Highlights- 1. CLEANLINESS- immaculate. You can tell when a place is just quickly wiped down & when it is actually maintained/ taken care of. I did not cringe when my kids laid on the floor or slept on the couch bc I never got a skeevy vibe. While the condo is smaller than we’re used to, it was exactly as listed & absolutely perfect for what we needed which was a place to comfortably shower & sleep. 2. LOCATION- perfect. We were there the week before peak season so it was definitely more quiet, but the access to the boardwalk & beach could not be beat. Also, the pizza guys in the food court next door are beeeeeyond friendly as well, I kept questioning if I was stuck in a hallmark movie. 3. Environment- welcoming. We met people who have lived there for 30 years & others who were staying a few days like ourselves; everyone was friendly. I was most pleasantly surprised by the younger adults who worked monitoring the pool, they were so patient & genuinely kind to my kids. Place is an 11/10, I’m calling dibs bc we’re definitely booking next year

Nice place to stay

When we arrived on a Friday Our air conditioner wasn't working. Of course it was Friday at 5 and the owner called and left several messages with HVAC companies. The owner was very responsive and brought over 2 fans immediately and he tried to trouble shoot on his own but had someone at the condo early morning to fix it the next day. I would definitely come back to this condo

Weekend away with hubby

This was a great experience - great location, incredibly clean and great communication with Kristi - allowed us to checkout later on Sunday which was very kind. The unit was exactly as described and was tastefully decorated and comfortable. They also had a welcoming gift of Shriver's salt water which was very thoughtful. We would absutely rent again and recommend it to others!!

We Didn’t Want To Leave

The title says it all. Chris & Kristi made it incredibly easy for my partner and I to have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The check-in process was simple, the place was neat & tidy upon arrival, and they never left us in the dark if we needed to contact them about anything. Super close to the boardwalk, a plethora of restaurants in the area, and just an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely try to be back as soon as possible!
