The room I reserved was not available at check in. They gave me a different room with a different view but that I guess was ok. I wasn't really thrilled about that. The room they gave me was an ajoining room and the room that was adjoined with me was obnoxious and so loud. They kept me up to 5 am the next morning. Not happy at all.

The property appears to be somewhat outdated. The beds ate uncomfortable and old. The pillows too. Suggest updating bed to hybrid mattress to provide support to all sleepers- front, side or back. It is time to evolve.

I LOVE the Resorts. I stay here every time I come to Atlantic City. The staff is great and the atmosphere is great. Love the year round pool swim. However, sadly this time, my room was a disappointment. It wasnt cleaned throughly, the light in the closet wasnt working. The windowsill was filthy. The front of the night stand was dirty. I was truly disappointed. I hope the next time I arrive at the Resorts, my room will be top tier like it usually is!

The guest rooms were a little dated and needed some work, but they were clean. The TV was old and not very good. The casino and restaurants were fine. Overall not bad, just not excellent.
