Famly of 4. Hotel was clean and comfortable and service was impeccable. They're doing a lot of construction right in front of the hotel so it's a bit hard to get in/out of and dirty. But otherwise, it's close to many restaurants and stores, and steps away from the Sky Tower. Would happily stay again.

Great location, though significant construction on street out front. Lobby smell/air flow was poor; upon entering, there was always an unpleasant/stale smell. Our room floor (18) and hotel room was not affected. Elevator system was intuitive and efficient. Check in was extremely professional and pleasant. Hotel was quiet overnight.

The staff was very accommodating. Although pricey, the breakfast buffet was great. Decor was dated but in good shape and the rooms were spacious. The location was good except for the construction out front which made things a bit tricky. This is the 6th year of construction. It met our needs but we probably wouldn’t book here again.

Unfortunately the property lost power during our stay and we could not charge our phones and was unable to order any room service as the restaurant had to close. The staff are friendly (but were understandably stressed out), the rooms are clean and the location is great.

This was a great hotel for all the amenities it had and buffet breakfast. Would have been nice to have breakfast included though. It was a great location for the marina and downtown area for shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Overall a great place to stay.
