Cozy little abode
Great central location to places and restaurants. House was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toiletries. There were no washcloths so you’ll want to bring your own. I’m extremely picky on showers/tubs and this one was clean enough to stand in and shower without giving me the ick. Thermostat batteries went out while staying here and they were quick to replace them. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great Little House
This property is super cute! It was very clean, and very comfortable for two adults. Loved the screened in porch, with the ceiling fan. It was 90 degrees outside, but the porch was still very comfortable, The location is central Austin, so very easy to get anywhere in Austin from. Appreciated the host has coffee there for you. The water pressure for showering is excellent. We used the extra room next to the bedroom for our suitcases and to get ready. We liked it very much and do recommend it!

My husband and I arrived to Austin for our anniversary trip, checked into this property and the AC was broke and it was 89 degrees in the house. I spoke with somebody from their management company who confirmed to me MULTIPLE times that we would get a full refund so we went ahead and booked another place to stay. I call the next day and he says he hasn’t submitted the request and then he proceeds to text me that his manager denied it. So, we spent a bunch of money on a new place to stay for the weekend and now we are being denied the refund.The management company who runs this VRBO is trash. I have reached out multiple times to the main line and nobody will give me a phone number for somebody who can assist me with a refund. I DO NOT recommend booking this place.

Perfect!
It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.

Quiet spot in the city
Our stay at the cottage exceeded our expectations. All the amenities necessary, comfortable furniture and bed, great kitchen, screened in porch and patio. Quiet, tree filled location in a great neighborhood. Walkable for morning coffee and restaurants.

Adorable Cottage in the City
Everything you need in this adorable cottage in the city. The back patios felt like you were in a treehouse. The screed patio was perfect to enjoy several dinners and the open deck was great to enjoy the sun. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and organized. Comfortable couch, nice king sized bed and the room stayed dark for sleeping in late. Wish it had basic cable for local channels. Loved the location which was close to downtown, Zilker and the lake. Look forward to visiting again.

Great Austin location
The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for two people. We liked the outdoor areas in the back. The location is also excellent being downtown, but in neighborhood close to some great restaurants.

RUN- Next Door to Hospital and UnClean
The house was not clean and had visible dust on all surfaces, even though Vacasa said we couldn't check-in early since it was being cleaned. The property is not advertised correctly since it's next door to a health clinic. The kitchen door does not have an adequate lock and someone left the floor level bedroom window unlocked, which signals a break-in. Vacasa and VRBO was un-responsive or helpful and we had to move to a Marriot the following day since we didn't feel safe in the property. Do NOT book this property. This place ruined our entire anniversary trip...

Wonderful cozy house!
This house was centrally located but in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. There were great amenities, like the back screened in porch, enough coffee and basic supplies for our stay. Very comfortable and homey!

We love the Clarksville location--walking distance to so many great restaurants, parks, and hang-outs. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. TV was easy to use. My favorite spaces were outside: a large, screened sunroom with a ceiling fan, two outdoor chaises covered by an umbrella, and a few more chairs around a little fire pit. We had a great stay!

Great location
Close to state capital, the bats, and many great restaurants. Comfortable bed, safe neighborhood, great backyard for dogs. Easy check in and out. Nice walking neighborhood. Floors were clean along with counter tops and all touch surfaces. Would have liked to see more of the beautiful hardwood flooring, less throw rugs would have been preferable.

A very nice property, good for 2 people. Excellent location. Very clean. The property manager is stellar. House nicely appointed; kitchen is average. Bedroom is a bit cramped with king bed, which is very comfortable. Very nice deck off of sunroom. Fire pit in back yard. We will come back.
