Overall the property was lovely and well kept (with the exception of some carpets that could use cleaning). The internet/television was very intermittent and often cut out. Additionally, there was little to no hot water in either the shower, sink, or kitchen sink. The refrigerator was not cold, although the freezer was.

Comfortable hotel for people and pets
Very comfortable suite. Had a separate kitchen area with a microwave and 2 burner cooktop (in addition to a full size refrigerator and dishwasher). The bed was firm enough for both my husband and I. The bathroom had a full size tub/shower and was well stocked with shampoo, etc. The breakfast had a lot of options, including make your own breakfast burrito. We had our dog with us and there were several waste receptacles by the doors, so didn't have to search for somewhere to dispose of her bowel movements. Overall, a very nice stay

Went there for friends wedding. First room - no hot water. Moved next day to different room on fourth floor and elevator went out. Had to walk around building to use second elevator. Even then, the outside door to parking lot was out of order near that elevator, which meant walking around the building again. The rooms were average, bathrooms outdated and showers full of caulk.

We were in 315, and they people in room 313 were playing creepy lullaby music very loudly till we just checked out at 1am. We knocked in the door and no one answered the door. The lady at the front desk did not offer any assistance with the issue.

Everything was absolutely pleasant until we laid down on the bed. It was the hardest bed that I have ever had to sleep on. When you moved, the springs literally made noises. This is my first negative review ever. The hotel was beautiful. The staff was nice. Everything was clean. But, I found the sofa more comfortable, even with my feet hanging off.

Fair stay, bathroom issue
Check-in was very smooth but later on we found that the bathroom was not fully cleaned. The toilet was not flushing and the trash had not been thrown out. It was very disgusting, especially because there were feminine hygiene used products in the trash. The rest of the room was clean.

The 2 bedroom suite was roomy and clean. However the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30. It seems like their housekeeping is short staffed.
