Hubby and I practically had the whole property to ourselves. I am sure during the busier seasons it feels less private, but it was great for us. Very quiet despite there being large neighborhoods all around. The property itself has a nice secluded feel. The cabin was adequate. Nothing fancy, just simple and comfortable. We loved the porch swing and jetted tub. The cabin only has a very small microwave and a mini fridge. There is a tiny keurig style coffee maker and some styrofoam cups available to use, along with a small assortment of tea bags and kcups. However, there are no dishes, cups, utensils or paper towels of any kind. I am used to staying in places that at least have a kitchenette, so it was strange not having any of these items. Just keep that in mind and pack accordingly if you plan to prepare small snacks or drink coffee. Overall it provided what we needed for our stay.
