Beaver Creek townhome

We typically stay somewhere Colorado for a week of skiing with my family of 6. This townhome was one of the roomiest for the price. I loved being on the river and walking on the surrounding trails. The space is a little dated, but very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The instructions were vague on things like where to put the trash on check out and where to find transportation to get to the slopes, but those were minor details. We couldn’t find the hot tub key but one was delivered the afternoon of the next day. I would stay here again with my family. I did wind up driving them to the slopes daily out of convenience. It would have been nice to have detailed instructions on where to grab the bus or shuttle.

Unit review

The townhouse was beautiful nicely furnished and the location was great. The unit needs maintenance: upstairs shower had no hot water, the kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced, screen missing on living room window and as you know the microwave does not work.

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the comfortable layout and kitchen area where we always congregate. Access to the hot tub was great after full days of skiing.

Canyon Run

Great property, super comfortable and quiet. Had everything you need (well stocked kitchen, laundry room, etc). Love the porch overlooking the river. Community hot tub was clean and nice. A little far from the Beaver Creek shuttle bus but can take the Avon shuttle to the BC shuttle, or walk to the Westin and use their gondola (but it’s a bit of a hike in ski boots). Close to Avon restaurants, grocery store. Short drive to great restaurants in Edwards. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Ski Weekend

The condo is great, a short walk to the BC Gondola and town. The unit was perfect for our group with enough room for everyone to spread out and a well stocked kitchen. The check was simple and communication with the host was great. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking Eagle Creek at the end of the day as an added bonus.

Family ski trip

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for all of us, and kitchen had plenty of spices and cooking essentials. Before our arrival, I emailed host and asked if they had any games, since we have a yearly tradition of playing Monopoly and other games on our yearly ski trip. They replied there were no games at the condo... but, to my surprise, when we arrived, there were brand new games on the dining table, including Monopoly. What a nice and caring touch! It was close to grocery store, restaurants, and the gondola at Westin Resort. I would definitely recommend this condo !

Convenient access to ski, nice layout

Our group of 5 enjoyed the accommodations. Nice layout with two bedrooms and laundry downstairs and one modified office space bedroom upstairs with slider doors and blinds for privacy. Nice sized living area with a well-appointed kitchen. We were a few steps from the bus stop which made accessing skiing fairly easy. The ride up was much quicker than the end of day ride home based on the bus route. A walk from the Westin would’ve been much quicker. There was easy walking access to a nice trail along the creek for a morning walk before starting the day. It was quiet even though it was a lower unit. We watched a moose out the back windows munching on a tree branch. The unit had everything we needed for a long weekend with friends. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything in the listing was accurate. 4 beds accommodated a family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. Bus stop right outside condo. Main microwave did not work (so no venting over stove) but there was a second smaller one. 5 minute drive into Beaver Creek Village.

Great stay and location

Overall, it was a great unit to stay in for our family of six and easy access to the mountains and town. The only downside was the hot water in the showers didn't last long (which i am sure can be easily fixed)

Nice location, nice property

We've stayed at many different locations around Vail. We are happy we chose to stay in Avon. This property had everything is said it would. It was nice to actually have some useful supplies to cook meals. The little things mean a lot. Thank you for helping us have a home away from home. We definitely would want to stay here again in the future.
