Terrible Experience
Harassed at the hotel and was called out of my name by one of the workers. Moreover, one of the gentleman indicated that it is on me if I want to breathe black mold by not letting them in. Of course, there was no forewarning of any worker coming to the door nor did they present any ID. There is NO way I am opening the door to 3 strangers who simply said they wanted to come in my room to check the vents. When I called to complain about 3 unknown men knocking on my door I received no assistance other than a verbal confirmation that I did not need to let them in and they should not be on my floor. When I asked for security or a manager I was told that "neither" where available on weekends. After continual harassment (3 different times) we checked out early. I will never stay at this hotel again. Despite the terrible experience I must say that the Manager (Chris) who completed my check-in process was absolutely wonderful. Chris was kind, welcoming, helpful and just a gentle and sweet spirit. Unfortunately, Chris was not in on the day this incident occurred. Thanks Chris for your compassion when I explained what happened. Unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste and I did not feel safe at this hotel.

I was able to check in early with no problem and staff walked out to carry my bags in from my taxi Unfortunately I did not get the name of this person nor the person who carried my bags to my room The next morning when I came down for breakfast one hour late Chris, the front desk manager led me to the dining room…1st class service!! Can’t wait to go back

This was very conveniently located for the concert we were attending. Within walking distance. Just seems like a walk to get to the room as it was in a back corner and I have issues with my hip.

Its a non smoking hotel which i knew when i booked andd i was ok with it but when i went outside to smoke a young girl who worked there said you cant smoke outside and was very rude about it. I get the no smoking inside thing but not outside either, thats ridiculous and her attitude was horrible smh. Other than that the rest of the staff was friendly!

It was an impromptu NewYears Eve date with my husband. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly, especially the front door security lady. We felt very safe and secure although there were lots of visitors and tourists. I would stay again.
