The detached holiday home on the North Sea island of car-free Baltrum was built in the Frisian style of 2005. Facilities The entire ground floor is with 2 bedrooms a double room and a small single room with about 7 sqm. 1 large modern bathroom with shower and tub and toilet a guest toilet a kitchen with dining table for 7 people. Dishwasher, electric cooker with 4 hobs, toaster, blender, and a living room. Ideal for 1 family with children. Overall, the house has 5 beds and a baby bed. The living area on the ground floor is approximately 95 square meters. The upper floor is not rented. In the garden is a terrace with a dining. The house is luxuriously furnished and offers great comfort. In the house you have free wireless access. The upper floor is not accessible. You have the house and grounds for single use for a carefree holiday.

großzügig eingerichtet AlIes vorhanden was man braucht und mehr. Super sind die Fahrräder, die benutzt werden können. Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, sehr tolles Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der Vermieter war telefonisch gut erreichbar. Die Agentur leider nur fallweise, weshalb wir auch unsere Abreise nicht besprechen konnten. Alles in allem sehr schön auf Baltrum und wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns im gebuchten Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Am zweiten Tag gab der Sonnenschirm leider den Geist auf- Fuss des Schirmes war instabil, zu schwach für den großen Schirm, nicht windstabil Ansonsten alles sehr schön

In Summe alles gut, will nicht nur meckern 😉 Probleme: im Kühlschrank hatte Vormieter Essen gelassen, leider hatten jemand den Kphlschrank abgestellt, nicht so gut.., Kaffeekanne fehlte leider.., Microwelle wäre ein Verbesderungsvorschlag. Finden des WLAN-Code war etwas schwierig. Ansonsten alles gut.

Unser seit vielen Jahren geplanter Baltrum-Urlaub wurde in diesem Haus zu einem Traumurlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, wie wir es sonst noch nie gefunden hatten.

Tolles Haus mit leichtem "Pflege Rückstand"

Wir waren schon mehrfach im Haus 313 und sind grundsätzlich immer sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Das äussere und innere schlicht und schön gestaltet. Das einzige das wir kritisieren (und das haben wir auch direkt mit dem Vermieter besprochen) ist die Tatsache, dass Schimmelbildung an mehreren Wänden immer wieder ein Problem ist. Wenn angesprochen wird dieser auch immer sofort von der lokalen Hausverwaltung entfernt, allerdings recht oberflächlich. Unserer Meinung nach müsste hier entschiedener vorgegangen werden. Ein zweiter Kritikpunkt wäre die Tatsache, dass mal wieder gestrichen werden sollte. Auch dies wurde mit dem Vermieter besprochen. Gemäss Vermieter konnten Maler für diese Saison nicht mehr organisiert werden, sollen aber für nächstes Jahr kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet. Es gibt nicht viele Objekte zur alleinigen Nutzung auf der Insel. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus

Wir haben vom Haus aus immer wieder kleine Ausflüge zu allen Inselecken gemacht. Dafür ist die Lage optimal. Bäcker und Fischbude sind auch direkt um die Ecke. :-)

Schönstes auf Baltrum!

Ankommen, wohl fühlen und genießen. Einfach super schön. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt viele schöne Details zu entdecken. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Räder sind toll zum einkaufen. Wir haben das Domizil sehr genossen.

Immer wieder schön!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus wieder sehr genossen. Die Lage (ein bisschen außerhalb aber doch nicht allzu abgeschieden) ist einfach perfekt und das Haus strahlt eine wunderbare Ruhe aus. Nur eine Abdunklungsmöglichkeit an den Fenstern könnte uns noch glücklicher machen ;). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus wunderbare Lage mit Dünengrundstück

vor Ort fehlte ein Ansprechpartner und Kommunikation daher nicht möglich . Karre am Hafen hatte ein zahlenschloss , konnte daher nicht benutzt werden . WLAN Passwort nicht mitgeteilt oder vor Ort . Sonst ein wunderbares Haus mit tollem Grundstück in bester Lage im Ostdorf der Insel ! Ruhe und dennoch der Bäcker um die Ecke !
