Great accommodation for our brief family visit to Banff. Check in went well. Courtesy follow up shortly after check in to make sure the room and amenities were fine was appreciated. Staff was friendly. Front desk seemed under staffed when I went down in the early evening around 7. Waited about a half hour for two check ins ahead of me but was well served by the one person on desk duty.

Enjoyed having a wood burning fireplace in our room. Free wood supply was nice to have. Staff was friendly! Room was clean but decor ourdated. Hotpools looked nice with great views, we were too chicken to go out in the cold to use them. Would go back.

In desperate need of a deep clean
The condo we stayed in was overall in terrible shape- stains on the walls, ceilings & floor and the exterior of the kitchen cabinets flight. The bathroom was covered in mildew and was dark and dank. Every single light switch and plug in cover was absolutely disgusting and black with dirt or years of washing. The appliances were in desperate need of replacement and the hearth around the fireplace broken. The pool area was neat, but unfortunately that’s about all this place had going for it. The linens were clean. Absolutely would not stay again.

Could have had more than one person on front desk. Stood there 20 minutes while agent on phone, answered every possible question for someone planning to come another time. Not their fault (good service actually) but frustrating to wait so long for check in.
