Great location. Hard to use the pool when it is not in the same building and it’s -20 outside. Probably should be advertised as it’s isn’t technically part of the hotel.

"A fantastic place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Banff. It's within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay in town!"

The staff were very friendly, highly walkable to Banff shopping , excursions and restaurants. Complementary bottle of wine in the room. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Bed was very soft and encouraged a person to slide to the center of the bed. Parking in the underground Parkade was tight. Had to walk across the street to use the pool and sauna.

This is our second time staying in Banff and we really enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because of the heated garage in the ability to also wash your car in the garage and also on site laundry facilities. The room was excellent great coffee in the room the staff was always very friendly and would acknowledge us and was very polite and catered to any need that we had would highly recommend staying here again. Also, if you can definitely get a room with a view of the mountains it was great to see it. It’s night with the stars
