Great hotel close to all the action! The hotel seems new, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Lalani and her front desk team were exceptional, going out of their way to answer questions and make suggestions with a friendly smile. Their entire staff is great, this includes the cleaning crew who is on top of everything; even a “good morning” greeting when you cross in the elevator. Location is a short walk from everything – restaurants, gift shops, gas station, store and shuttle buses. Parking is simple and easy. A nice lounge area with hot coffee and chocolate. They have a sister hotel across the street with a pool and restaurant. I need to extend a BIG thank you to Lalani who assisted with an issue unrelated to the hotel and was sure to follow up after our stay to be sure it was resolved. The Peaks are lucky to have Lalani!!

Fantastic hotel for mountain get away

Newer hotel very well maintained and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking garage is a bit small but it is a smaller hotel. Excellent location just a few minute walk from all the downtown shops.

Ask for a room at the front of the hotel. Delivery trucks will wake you up very very early on the back side of the hotel. Otherwise a very convenient location and in very good condition.

Pretty much fine

Hotel was fine, nothing notable. Decor was nice, if cheesy, attempt at Scandinavian. Pretty sure we were given the "you booked on a third-party site" room, right near the lobby on the first floor; however, it was reasonably quiet nonetheless. Was disappointed to learn that other hotels offer free passes for local public transit whereas this one did not.
