Pool deck was always so dirty. You could always feel crumbs under your feet when walking on it. The jets in our bathroom had stuff around the edges of them, didn’t look like it was cleaned as well as the calcium on the taps/showerheads had not been touched in ages. Front desk is little to no help but the general manger did what he could. As your busy season comes through I would recommend taking extra time to do those things as well as making sure the lights and headboards are dusted in all the rooms.

The stay was awesome! The service was fantastic they were very nice and easy to communicate with. They had heated underground park which was very nice except, it was hard to get in and out of and we had a small car. The swimming pool was warm, they also had a hot tub that was a little cold but still warmer than the pool. It was very clean and they had lot of extra towels and robes for guest to use. For our room we got a king sweet. It was a very nice room however they didn’t have a microwave. We understand that it did not come with a kitchenette but I feel as if all the rooms should at least come with a microwave. We were able to go to the front desk and ask to use the microwave in the back and the service was very sweet. But It is still just an awkward situation for us both. Thank you

The jacuzzi was very nice to have in the room. There is no restaurant in this hotel, would have been nice to at least have a continental breakfast available. There is a room on the main floor dedicated to meetings that could be used to set up a continental breakfast as this room was never used while we were there.

The pool was out of order, the reason I booked the hotel was because of the pool. I was not informed until after checking in. I hd to switch rooms as the ceiling near the doorway fell on my face which cut above my lip. I felt very unsafe. They did change my room after I mentioned safety concerns due to the broken ceiling near the entrance of room.
