When arrived, our room that we booked was unavailable and was moved to a room with double beds instead of king bed. Also didn’t feel like we got the service we needed. Very disappointing about the check in process.

I like how friendly the staff was. And just the overall beauty of the property, and room. Only thing's we didn’t like. The AC got to cold, and you couldn't really ajust the temperature. We ended up turning it off for a while. Also the sink made loud noises after you used it.

Had dinner at sky top restaurant. Pricy and after dinner got very sick. The hotel staff management was not responsive to my very horrible experience as a result of the dining experience

Run away! Paying €400 for a room for a couple and getting two single beds... I have no words!!! Not even a reply to my email. At that price there are much better options in Bangkok! With real consideration for customers.

The view from my balcony on the 53rd floor was amazing (city and river view) I got upgraded and was given access to the lounge area with complimentary food and beverage. Lounge is the same floor as the breeze. (See movie Hang Over 2). Unfortunately, I thought the skybar was the one at thr breeze, when in fact it was at the 64th floor. Will definitely return to post the correct skybar.

Everything was great, except for, if you use both showers in the room, water goes too hot and too cold with no warnings. Other than that, the breakfast was one of the best at any hotel. There were also many healthy options. Staff were excellent. Hotel was very nice

Frankly, this property reminded us of an old woman…used to be grand but badly in need of a makeover. The hall carpets were stained. Our room has debris on the floor from previous residents which stayed there the entire 4 days. We deliberately left it to see if they’d clean it…but no. The refrigerator had debris also from previous guests. The bathroom was cleaned nicely each day and the bed made. But the overall attention to detail was not there. This was 3 star at best.
